This place suits me perfectly, providing everything I need like wi-fi, luggage storage, and coffee shop. The staff helped me find great shopping spots on my first stay and treated my valuables with care. I’m coming back for xmas!

We found that the amenities were severely lacking. The late check-in process was unclear and frustrating, as the tablet in the reception didn't offer a language option, leaving us struggling to communicate. Moreover, the bathroom design was an invasion of privacy, with a glass panel allowing direct views from the room.

This stay exceeded my expectations! The location was fantastic, just a short ride to the old town, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. A bonus was the nearby laundry facility, perfect for travelers on the go.

i was utterly disappointed with my stay, especially the huge lack of privacy in the bathroom, where guests can literally watch you sit! also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and i definitely expected a welcome gift for enduring such torture. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t. can this hotel deliver anything exceptional?

I loved that my room was incredibly spacious, featuring a fridge and kettle for my convenience. The automatic blinds added a touch of luxury, and I appreciated the ample wall sockets for all my devices. It was a delight to find a sun terrace where I could soak up the rays after a long day.

My stay was great! I loved the cozy room with personality and the comfy bed, but the misleading picture of the Loft disappointed me. I would definitely come back!

The location was superb, with convenient access to trams and trains, making exploration effortless. Rooms were impressively spacious and maintained a high level of cleanliness. the fresh scent upon entering was a delightful touch. However, the lack of basic amenities such as a functional shower clip and insufficient air circulation in the room detracted from comfort, especially during warm weather. It’s a solid choice for value but requires improvements to fully meet expectations.

Wi-Fi was fast. Luggage storage helped a lot. No air conditioning made nights hot.

staying at flag zuerich was a fantastic experience! the room was spacious, with a beautiful balcony and a view that felt so close to nature. the location is super convenient, as it’s very close to the 89 bus stop that took us right to the city center. i definitely appreciated the friendly service, making us feel right at home.
